Geo Energy Resources Limited, a Singapore-based investment holding firm established in 2008, primarily concentrates on the coal sector. Its core activities encompass the excavation, production, and merchandising of coal. The company's operations are divided into three key segments: The Coal Mining division manages the extraction and sale of its proprietary coal output. The Coal Trading segment is responsible for procuring and subsequently reselling coal sourced from external suppliers. Finally, the Mining Services segment offers contract mining and project supervision for operations conducted at third-party mine sites. Geo Energy holds and manages several mining concessions in Indonesia. These include the approximately 4,570-hectare PT Bumi Enggang Khatulistiwa and the 4,600-hectare PT Surya Tambang Tolindo, both situated in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan. Additionally, it operates PT Sungai Danau Jaya, spanning 235 hectares, and PT Tanah Bumbu Resources, covering 489 hectares, both located in Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. Beyond its principal coal-related ventures, the company also participates in power generation, general merchandise trade, functions as a multimedia provider, and delivers management consultancy services.
