Its bakery fat offerings range from shortenings, creaming shortenings, and emulsified/bake-stable fats to pan release agents, cooking sprays, butter oil substitutes, catering/chilled spreads, and diverse margarines (such as cake, creaming, puff pastry, laminating, milk fat blend, and table margarines). The company also provides special function oils and fats like popcorn, spray, and coating oils, alongside seasoning cubes and non-trans hard fats.
