Spirox Corporation operates globally, specializing in comprehensive technological solutions for the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, telecommunications, and automotive industries. The company's extensive product portfolio encompasses a wide array of advanced equipment. This includes various test handlers (such as wafer-level, tri-temp strip-level, mass production, and power module types), alongside complete semiconductor test systems, AC/DC test systems, and LCD driver IC testers.
