Fittech Co., Ltd. provides automatic equipment and system integration services in Taiwan, China, Asia, and internationally. The company offers LED/MiniLED test solutions, including LED chip and wafer, auto LED wafer, LED flip chip/wafer, auto flip-chip, auto LED chip probing and testing systems, auto production LED mapping sorters, high accuracy automatic chip counters, and automatic detaching tape systems. It also provides MicroLED test and transfer solutions; semiconductor test equipment comprising auto semiconductor wafer probing systems; and laser cleaning solutions, such as handheld laser, laser cleaning system, and semi-auto probe pin laser cleaners. In addition, the company offers optoelectronics test solutions, including integrated VCSEL wafer, VCSEL wafer, VCSEL near field wafer, VCSEL far field wafer, flip chip VCSEL wafer, PD, laser diode probing and testing systems, auto edge emitting laser bar testers, low temp. edge emitting laser probing and sorting systems, COC-COS testing and sorting systems, semi-auto wafer scribers and breakers, and burn in testers. Further, it provides laser micromachining solutions, such as semi-auto laser wafer, auto laser wafer, auto dual-arm laser wafer, auto tray-in laser, auto dual-laser strip, 6” WLCSP laser marking systems, auto laser ceramic cutting systems, auto laser via drilling systems, semi-auto PCB laser cutting and drilling systems, and auto dual-laser strip cutting systems.
