The company was formerly known as Haitong UniTrust International Leasing Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in August 2020. Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China.
