It also delivers corporate finance and financial advisory services to institutional clients, alongside operating as a market maker. Furthermore, Guolian Securities is involved in the sale of wealth management products, direct investments, and fund-related endeavors. Its expertise extends to management and maintenance services, investment consultation and advice, transaction execution, and strategic asset allocation. The company's diverse activities also encompass the underwriting and sponsorship of securities and bonds, investment management, internal investments in venture capital, industrial projects, and equities, general asset management, acting as an introducing broker for futures companies, facilitating margin financing and securities lending, and distributing financial broker products on an agency basis. Originally established in 1992 as Wuxi Securities Co., Ltd., the company adopted its current name, Guolian Securities Co., Ltd., in May 2008.
