About

Thai Union Group Public Company Limited, or TU, is an international leader in manufacturing and selling a wide range of seafood products, including frozen, chilled, and canned options, distributed across Thailand and globally. The company operates through three distinct business divisions: shelf-stable seafood; frozen and refrigerated seafood with related ventures; and pet food, value-added offerings, and miscellaneous businesses. Its product portfolio features ambient seafood selections such as tuna, sardines, salmon, mackerel, and herring, supplied to both retail and wholesale clients. For the foodservice industry, TU provides frozen and chilled items like shrimp, lobster, and crab directly to restaurants, hotels, and catering services. The company also develops convenient ready-to-cook or ready-to-serve meals, as well as various bakery products. Furthermore, it extracts marine ingredients for use in consumer goods like infant formula, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and clinical nutrition. Its pet care segment offers surimi-based fish treats, canned cod liver, and wet seafood-based foods for both cats and dogs. Thai Union's extensive brand family includes prominent names such as Chicken of the Sea, Genova, John West, Petit Navire, Parmentier, King Oscar, Mareblu, Rügen Fisch, Sealect, Fisho, QFresh, Monori, Bellotta, Marvo, Zeavita, OMG Meat, Red Lobster, Interpharma-ZEAvita, and Food and Beverage United. Beyond its core seafood offerings, the company is engaged in the production and distribution of canned tuna and other seafood, pet food, frozen shrimp, animal feeds, frozen foods and aquatic animals, specialized ingredients, and smoked salmon. Complementing these activities, Thai Union also provides services spanning printing, export and import logistics, training and management, e-commerce, consultancy, technical support, and property leasing. Its operations extend to managing packaging facilities, tuna oil refineries, and comprehensive shrimp farming, breeding, and hatchery programs. Established in 1977, the company was formerly named Thai Union Frozen Products Public Company Limited until its rebranding to Thai Union Group Public Company Limited in September 2015. Its headquarters are situated in Mueang Samut Sakhon, Thailand.
