Does the rupee rate affect what I make on Raiffeisen Bank International?

Yes. Raiffeisen Bank International is priced in EUR, so your rupee outcome combines the EUR move with the EUR/INR move between the day you remit and the day you convert back. Both directions are reflected in the capital-gains statement Paasa issues.
