For lending, Peoples Bank provides various credit options, including commercial real estate and general commercial loans, construction and land development financing, and agricultural loans. For personal needs, it extends single-family residential, standard residential mortgage, and Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) mortgage loans. Beyond traditional banking, the company furnishes investment advisory services and a range of non-deposit investment instruments, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and tax-deferred annuities, supported by brokerage services. It also handles real estate appraisal and brokerage. Furthermore, Peoples Bancorp operates an appraisal clearing-house for other community banks and manages, acquires, and sells real property and other assets obtained through debt collection.
