(FCNCA) functions as the parent company for First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company, offering a comprehensive suite of retail and commercial banking services to individuals, businesses, and professionals. Its deposit offerings encompass various account types, including checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit (time deposit accounts). The company's loan portfolio is extensive, featuring commercial credits for construction and land development, commercial mortgages, commercial and industrial (C&I) financing, and lease financing. It also provided Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
