About

DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, a firm established in Langen, Germany, in 2006, specializes in the acquisition, comprehensive management, and rental of commercial properties for medium-sized enterprises throughout Germany. The company’s operations are structured into two segments: Core Portfolio and Fair Value REIT, offering a diverse array of assets including office buildings, retail spaces, hotels, and logistics facilities. By December 31, 2021, DEMIRE held a significant portfolio comprising 64 commercial properties, which collectively provided approximately 912,724 square meters of lettable area. Beyond its core activities, the company is also involved in broader real estate investment endeavors. Formerly known as MAGNAT Real Estate AG, the company adopted its present name, DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, in June 2013 and operates as a subsidiary of AEPF III 15 S.à r.l.
