Its operations are organized into five distinct divisions: Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Excess and Surplus Lines, Life Insurance, and Investments. The Commercial Lines division safeguards businesses against risks such as commercial casualty, property damage, vehicle incidents, and workers' compensation claims; it also offers specialized protection including director and officer liability, various surety and fidelity bonds, and coverage for machinery and equipment. For individual clients, the Personal Lines segment provides essential coverages like personal auto and homeowner policies, alongside dwelling fire, inland marine, personal umbrella liability, and watercraft protection.
