About

The company's core mission is to deliver attractive income to its shareholders, coupled with prospects for both income and capital appreciation. This goal will be achieved by investing in a diverse collection of commercial properties throughout the United Kingdom. The predominant portion of the portfolio will comprise direct investments in the three primary commercial real estate sectors: retail, office, and industrial.
