The company's operations are structured across three main segments: Mobility Business, Lifestyle Business, and Global Business. Within its Mobility and Global segments, PTTOR provides a wide range of services, including the blending, bottling, marketing, and retail of lubricants, along with various fuel-related offerings and aircraft refueling. These segments also encompass oil and retail business management, human resources, personnel, business support, and online automotive services. The Lifestyle Business segment involves investments in companies that manage retail fuel service stations, convenience stores, and commercial spaces within these stations, in addition to marketing lubricant products. PTTOR also directly operates popular Cafe Amazon outlets, a network of convenience stores, and other food and beverage retail establishments. Furthermore, it manages commercial areas and engages in the trade of coffee brewing equipment and beans. As of December 31, 2021, PTTOR's extensive network included 2,439 PTT Station branded service stations, 3,931 Café Amazon locations, 300 additional food and beverage retail outlets, 2,171 convenience stores, and 5,740 managed commercial areas. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Chatuchak, Thailand, PTTOR functions as a subsidiary of PTT Public Company Limited.
