Its Toys and Hobby division manufactures and distributes an extensive range of consumer products, including traditional toys, collectible figures, plastic models, trading cards, and character merchandise, alongside confectionery, apparel, and diverse sundries. This segment also extends to specialized items like pachinko and pachislot machines, RC and robot toys, and even playground equipment. Furthermore, it manages the import and export of toys and provides inspection and testing services. The Network Entertainment segment is dedicated to digital and online experiences, encompassing the planning, development, and distribution of home video games, online games, and other network content and software. It also oversees live events, operates amusement machines, and provides a suite of online services, including advertising, promotional activities, and platforms for video distribution and gaming, along with communication tools. Through its Real Entertainment segment, the company designs, manufactures, and markets amusement machines. This segment is also responsible for the planning and operation of various amusement facilities, offering comprehensive after-sales support and managing the sale of pre-owned equipment. The Visual and Music Production segment focuses on creating and distributing visual and musical content, including animated productions and package software. It provides audio engineering services, manages affiliated artists and fan clubs, and organizes live entertainment events. This division also produces visual content tied to performances and music, alongside merchandise and ticketing sales. Finally, the IP Creation segment is central to intellectual property development, involved in conceiving and producing animations, music, labels, and events. A key function is the management and administration of copyrights and other related rights. Established in Tokyo, Japan, in 2005, the company adopted its current name, BANDAI NAMCO Holdings Inc., in June 2014, having previously operated as NAMCO BANDAI Holdings, Inc.
