Their product portfolio includes semiconductor inspection systems, PCB routing and drilling machines, resin panel cutters, CNC engraving and milling machines, and glass panel processing equipment. Among their offerings are PCB routing machines designed for multilayer, rigid-flex, and BGA substrate printed circuit board applications. Their glass panel processing equipment caters to the needs of touch panel, cover glass, and various sensor or single-glass processing tasks.
