Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co., Ltd., established in 1996 and based in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, specializes in the global research, development, production, and sale of sophisticated optoelectronic semiconductor epitaxial wafers and related components. The company's extensive product portfolio encompasses a range of gallium arsenide (GaAs) heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs), including standard, low turn-on voltage, and high-voltage versions, as well as GaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors (PHEMTs) and BiHEMTs. They also supply indium phosphide (InP) HBT and HEMT epi wafers, and gallium nitride (GaN) epi wafers. Additionally, Visual Photonics Epitaxy provides epitaxial wafers for various photodetectors, such as GaAs PDs and multiple types of indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) PDs (standard, avalanche, and zinc diffusion-ready, including long-wavelength options).
