The company's operations span across Taiwan, mainland China, other parts of Asia, Europe, and the United States. Its extensive activities are segmented into four main divisions: Optoelectronics; Machinery, Energy, and System; Consumer Products; and Real Estate Development. Tatung's comprehensive product and service portfolio includes a wide array of items such as steel manufacturing and metal processing machinery, industrial and household appliances (like refrigerators and air conditioners), diverse electronic products, wires, cables, chemicals, and various consumer goods including cookware, wood products, plastics, office equipment, and audio devices. The company also offers precision meters, transmission equipment, transportation facilities, health care products, microbe fermentation products, construction services, furniture, solar wafers, water treatment engineering, telecommunication equipment, parking facilities, automation machinery, and semiconductors. Beyond these offerings, Tatung is also involved in publishing magazines, providing customs brokerage services, managing general import and export businesses, and developing and leasing industrial parks.
