They also find application in optic lens molding, electronic insulation, electrical fittings, flexible and printed circuit boards (FPCBs), and touch panels. Furthermore, these specialized tapes are utilized for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and lead frame plating, among various other industrial uses. The company also caters to general packaging needs and supplies adhesive products for a range of consumer goods, including kitchenware, general-purpose tapes, and other household articles. Tapex's global reach extends to approximately ten international markets through exports. Previously operating under the name Seotong Chemical Co., Ltd., the firm was established in 1977 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Hwaseong-si, South Korea.
