It invests in public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. The fund seeks to invest through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund uses derivatives such as options to create its portfolio. For its equity portion, the fund invests in value stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, it invests in short-term U.S. Treasury securities. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Solactive VistaShares Berkshire Select Index.
