This underlying index is strategically composed of a subset of the 1,000 largest publicly traded U.S. companies by market capitalization, as assessed during its periodic rebalancing. The index utilizes a predefined, systematic process to identify and give greater prominence to stocks that have historically exhibited lower price fluctuations.
