About

Tidal Trust II - Pinnacle Focused Opportunities ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Tidal Investments LLC. The fund is co-managed by Pinnacle Family Advisors, LLC. It invests in public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. For its equity portion, the fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in momentum stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests directly and through other funds in U.S. treasury securities including short term treasury bills and intermediate term treasury notes. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Total Return Index and the Russell 1000 Total Return Index. It employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Tidal Trust II - Pinnacle Focused Opportunities ETF was formed on December 29, 2022 and is domiciled in the United States.
