About

The Invesco BulletShares 2033 Municipal Bond ETF (the Fund) tracks the performance of the Invesco BulletShares USD Municipal Bond 2033 Index. At least 80% of the Fund's total assets will be allocated to municipal bonds included in this index. The Index itself is designed to represent a portfolio of US dollar-denominated municipal debt, issued by US states, state agencies, or local governments, all maturing effectively in 2033. To fulfill its investment objective, the Fund employs a "sampling" strategy, meaning it doesn't necessarily acquire every security found in the Index. Both the Fund and its corresponding Index are adjusted on a monthly basis. The Fund has a specified maturity year of 2033 and is scheduled to conclude operations around December 15, 2033. Further details are available in the prospectus.
