Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Lion Global Investors Limited. It is co-managed by Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd. The fund invests in the public equity markets of Singapore. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the REIT sector. The fund invests in the dividend-yielding stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Morningstar Singapore REIT Yield Focus Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. How to buy CLR from India

Indian residents can buy CLR units through Paasa in three steps. Funds leave India under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme and the units are held in your own name with Interactive Brokers.

  2. Add funds from your Indian bank account

    Remit up to $250,000 a year under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme. Your bank converts the rupees to US dollars at its rate on the day you remit, and Interactive Brokers converts the dollars to SGD when you buy.

  3. Search CLR and buy
