How did you first come across Paasa?
I came to Paasa as an investor before I came to it as a customer. I back early-stage companies, and evaluating teams is a big part of what I do. I saw enough in what Paasa was building, and in the people building it, to put my own money behind the company early.
What made you go from backing the company to using it yourself?
A specific need brought me back, this time as a customer: finding the right partner for estate and cross-border planning for a professional like me holding Microsoft shares. Before Paasa, the advice I got was either too generic to be useful or split across three different advisors who never talked to each other. Getting it right matters, and nobody was making that easy.
What stood out was Nitish's ability to bring clarity to a complex space, with patience, expertise, and a genuine focus on what was right for me and my priorities.

Nitish walked me through exactly how my cross-border assets should be structured, what needed to move, and what could stay put. It was the first time someone laid it out clearly instead of just flagging the complexity and leaving me to sort it out.
So the relationship changed from there?
It did. I went from backing Paasa to relying on it, and moved my own investing onto the platform. I had already looked closely enough at the company to invest in it, so becoming a customer was a second, separate decision, and an easy one.
Has that trust extended beyond you?
It has. Since then, others at Microsoft have also started using Paasa as well, reflecting the trust the team has built through consistent, thoughtful advice in my case.
