The VGSR ETF is an actively managed fund designed to provide investors with exposure to a wide spectrum of companies engaged in sustainable real estate. It invests in the securities of both U.S. and international firms, with a primary emphasis on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), other collective investment vehicles, or businesses managing portfolios of income-generating properties or real estate-related debt. Additionally, the fund's advisor includes entities that are considered functionally similar to REITs, based on their tax treatment or their required business operations.
