The Fund's primary objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation for its investors. Under typical market conditions, it allocates a significant portion of its net assets to equity and equity-linked securities issued by international companies, spanning various countries outside the United States. This includes firms located in developing and frontier economies, as designated by the subadviser in accordance with MSCI classifications. The investment decisions are guided by the subadviser's methodology, which blends comprehensive fundamental research with a methodical approach to portfolio construction. As an actively managed exchange-traded fund, it does not endeavor to mirror the performance of any particular market index.
