About
The WisdomTree Cocoa ETC is an Exchange Traded Commodity that adheres to UCITS standards and is fully backed by collateral. Its primary objective is to offer investors comprehensive return potential linked to the performance of cocoa futures contracts. This product endeavors to mirror the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Cocoa Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMCC4T). It achieves this by tracking the Bloomberg Cocoa Sub Excess Return Index, combined with the interest income generated from its collateral, all adjusted to account for product-related fees and operational expenses. Consequently, should the Bloomberg Commodity Cocoa Subindex 4W Total Return Index appreciate by 1% in a given period, the ETC is designed to similarly gain 1% (prior to the deduction of fees). Conversely, a 1% decline in the index would result in a corresponding 1% decrease in the ETC's value, before any fees are applied.
