The Fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The investment adviser employs an active, quantitative approach to evaluate mid-capitalization growth companies based on fundamental and market factors and construct a portfolio of securities featuring characteristics expected to be favored in the prevailing market environment. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of mid-cap growth companies.
