Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Customers may register their complaints through the following escalation matrix.

1. If a customer has any grievances or complaints, they may send an email to us at support@paasa.co with details of the issue. We will acknowledge the complaint and strive to resolve it within 21 (twenty-one) business days.

2. If the grievance is not resolved within 21 (twenty-one) business days, or if the customer is dissatisfied with the resolution provided, the customer may approach the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through the SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) portal at www.scores.gov.in.
